Alexandra Lugo

With over 15 years of experience with an expertise in curly hair textures, Alexandra is a master at cutting, coloring, and styling both men's and women's hair.  She uses the DevaCurl dry-cutting technique., which allows her to see and sculpt a style as the hair falls naturally.

Having completed her professional training at the AVEDA Institute of New York, she has continued her international education at the Llogueras Institute in Barcelona, the JOSSCLAUDE & BeLLVeRInstitute in Mexico City, Make-up Designory, NYC, and The DevaCurl Academy  of New York. 

Lorimar Schacter

Lorimar has worked as a hair stylist and makeup artist for over 12 years. Her experience includes styling at salons and freelance work for photo shoots, fashion shows and diverse special occasions such as weddings.

In her pursuit of creativity and collaboration, she has joined the Filament team to fulfill her passion for cutting, coloring, and styling curly hair. She has trained with AVEDA, Toni & Guy, and the DevaCurl dry-cutting technique. She also specializes in color including balayage, ribbons, face frame, creative color, and platinum blonde.

Daysa Matos

Daysa's enthusiasm and dedication for curly hair, make her a force of creativity and professionalism.

After completing her education in New York City, she has pursued continued training on curly hairstyles. This curiosity led her to Filament, where she has perfected the dry-cutting technique to sculpt beautiful, healthy, and lively curls.

Kayla De Jesús

Her infinite passion for styling leads her to constantly research the latest trends in the industry.

Following her dream of developing a curly hair specialty, Kayla has been training at Filament Hair Salon where she has become an expert on the best techniques and products to sculpt and style gorgeous hair in every texture.
